About these terms
These terms cover digital products purchased through moeabdallah.com. The seller is Convertio Advertising Ltd, company number 13510161, registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Product support and refund enquiries: moe@moeabdallah.com.
What you receive
The SEO & Google Ads Workflow System contains two downloadable PDF guides: the SEO Workflow System and Google Ads Search Workflow System. The Entrepreneur’s Money Playbook contains one downloadable PDF guide. Each product page describes what is included and any tools needed. Third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, financial services and implementation services are not included unless expressly stated.
Downloads and permitted use
Each file allows one download. Download links expire three days after access is granted. Save the files securely. If a download fails or you need help with an expired link, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and restore access where appropriate. These access settings do not limit your statutory rights.
SEO & Google Ads Workflow System: You may use the workflows for your own business and in your work for clients. You may share the marketing deliverables you create for clients. You must not resell, share, publish or redistribute the PDFs or prompt collections, including by supplying copies to clients.
The Entrepreneur’s Money Playbook: This is a single-buyer licence for your personal finances and your own business. You may save and print a copy for your own use. You must not share, resell, publish or redistribute the guide or copies of its contents, including by supplying copies to clients or other people.
Cancellation and refund policy
Immediate digital delivery
Where you expressly consent to supply starting during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when supply begins, provided the legal requirements are met. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in a format you can keep. Agreeing to these terms alone does not constitute that separate consent.
If the cancellation right has not validly ended, you may exercise it within the applicable legal period by emailing us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. There is no required wording. We will honour cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.
When we put a problem right
- Duplicate payment: we refund a verified duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
- Failed delivery: we investigate missing files and restore delivery. If we cannot supply the purchased content, we refund the undelivered purchase.
- Faulty or misdescribed content: your statutory remedies apply. Where appropriate, we first provide a repair or replacement at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If this is impossible or not completed on that basis, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can be a full refund.
When a voluntary refund is not offered
Once supply has begun and your cancellation right has validly ended, we do not offer a general change-of-mind or satisfaction guarantee. Changing your plans, deciding not to use the guides, or failing to achieve a particular ranking, CPA, ROAS or revenue figure does not by itself qualify for a voluntary refund. This does not exclude a claim that the product was faulty, misdescribed or otherwise failed to meet your legal rights.
How to request help or a refund
Email moe@moeabdallah.com with your order number or purchasing email, a description of the issue and any relevant screenshot or error message you have. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the purchase and investigate. Please report problems promptly; this is not a deadline that limits statutory claims.
Where a statutory price reduction is due, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing your entitlement. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no refund fee. Bank processing time may vary.
If a full refund ends the purchase contract, your licence to use that purchase ends and you must stop using and distributing its contents. A partial refund does not automatically terminate the licence.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content can apply even after downloading and are separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.
